Just attended an incredible presentation on vanilla beans at the Culinary Institute of America, and I’m still buzzing from the wealth of knowledge shared by Chef tristan_rousselot , Corporate Pastry Chef for prova_gourmet !

As a student at the CIA, I’m constantly seeking out opportunities to learn from the best, and Chef Tristan’s expertise and passion for vanilla are truly inspiring. From the history of vanilla to its production process, I gained a deeper understanding of this versatile ingredient and its many uses.
