Closing out Black History Month with a reminder that our stories live on through the food we cook and the memories we share. From church fish fries to Sunday dinners, Black culture has always turned simple ingredients into legacy, community, and love. 🖤🍽️

Thank you for celebrating Black food history with me all month long. The history doesn’t end here….we honor it 365 days a year. To make my fried fish, I used @zatarains southern style fish fry and of course as a Carolina girl I used @texaspete hot sauce on my fried fish.
