Still kind of in disbelief that I got flown to Denver for this experience 🥹

What started as a wellness trip turned into something that felt a lot deeper. A few days to slow down, move my body, and reconnect with myself in the best way. The days were filled with Pilates, Yoga, and Tone, the kind of movement that makes you feel stronger and reconnected! 💕There were also so many unexpected moments that made the trip unforgettable, like making our own hats with @gem_hats and sharing the most amazing meal at The Wildflower.

Somehow in just a few days there were new friendships, a lot of laughter, really good food, and those quiet moments where you remember to just breathe. I am so grateful to @studiofs8 @resetmindandbody_lohi @fs8_lohi_denver and the for inviting me and creating such a thoughtful, feel good experience! I left Denver feeling like the best version of myself. If you have been looking for a sign to prioritize your body and your peace, this is it.
