Lately I’ve been feeling real petite… like when you finally start eating better and your body’s actually thanking you 😂✨
So when I heard CHOPT opened a new location in Newtown Square with a high-protein menu, I had to see if it fit my healthy hottie goals.

I’ve been on strict meal prep all week, so I was nervous to eat out, but honestly? This still felt clean, protein-packed, and like I was fueling my body instead of starting over tomorrow.

Also—from now until 11/25, they’re hosting in-store giveaways (including Free CHOPT for a Year) and part of the proceeds support a local school.
