Working with Alex has honestly helped me settle back into a routine that feels good again. I’ve been in and out of the gym for a little over three years, so it’s not new to me, but I definitely had to fall in love with it again. Lately things have felt lighter, more secure, and more like a natural part of my day instead of something I force myself to do.
