So this Ramadan, being away from my family, I visited mosques in the USA to experience the spirit of Ramadan with the Muslim community. I can’t explain the emotions. The mosques are well maintained, and the diversity of people is amazing. Both men and women volunteer for Iftar, and everything is so organized. The generosity and kindness of everyone make it a truly special experience.
