The hermes themed for 2024 is « L’âme du Faubourg ». Through the space of a showcase, the house invites us to discover different dreamlike worlds.

francoisepetrovitch a representative artist of the French contemporary scene, has created a surreal fantasy theater with moving transparent fabrics in the window of the Maison Hermès in Ginza. 

In honor of the first Hermès store at 24 rue Faubourg-Saint-Honoré in Paris, and in a nod to the House’s roots as a harness workshop, the design depicts galloping horses. Thanks to the effect of layers of transparent material, the horse is juxtaposed with familiar objects recurrent in Petrovich’s work, such as birds, gloves and boots, echoing Hermès objects. 

In this theater, spectators can see how objects, accessories and clothes fit together.
