tsum.kyiv invites Kyiv residents and guests to a magical journey that reflects the special atmosphere of Ukrainian Christmas. Each of the department store’s festive windows recreates the deep customs of our people and reveals a separate story filled with meanings. These are the glow of lights in the windows of houses, Didukh — a rye amulet, a symbol of fertility and generosity for the New Year, winter children’s entertainment, Christmas Dawn, Christmas dinner, where a table with twelve dishes is traditionally set and the whole family gathers, carolers in colorful costumes, St. Nicholas, who grants wishes that live in letters from children and adults.
The fairy-tale windows are united by festive ribbons — symbols of fairs and fun that give a sense of joy and comfort.
 
TSUM’s festive windows remind us once again that Christmas is not only a time of gifts, but also a moment when we turn to our roots, rethink the meaning of the family circle and honor our traditions. Each window display is a fairy tale that comes to life in the center of Kyiv, giving inspiration and warm memories to everyone who continues to believe in goodness, love and light no matter what.
