Dates farcies (aka stuffed dates) might be the easiest French appetizer you’ll ever make.
I learned this little trick while cooking at @onruetatin, and it’s now one of my favorite things to serve when people come over. Just stuff dates with almonds and quickly warm them in a pan until they become soft, caramelized, and smell absolutely incredible.
The best part? They come together in less than 10 minutes.
Fire up your pan about 5 minutes before guests arrive and suddenly your whole house smells amazing and everyone thinks you’re a genius host.
Simple. French. Perfect with a glass of wine.
