You’ll need:
• Peppadew peppers (or mini sweet peppers)
• 1/2 cup ricotta
• 1/2 cup whipped cream cheese
• 1 tbsp chopped chives
• 1 tbsp chopped basil
• Salt + pepper
• Olive oil

How to make them:
Mix the ricotta and whipped cream cheese until smooth. Fold in the chives, basil, salt, and pepper.
Spoon or pipe the mixture into each pepper until it’s full and a little overflowing.
Place the peppers in a small bowl or tall glass and finish with a light drizzle of olive oil so they feel extra luxe.

Perfect with a glass of wine, a crusty baguette, or just eaten straight out of the glass like the snacky little jewels they are.
