….. I’m Home 🥹💞 (day 1 photo dump) out of all of the places I’ve been lucky enough to see with my OWN 👏🏻TWO 👏🏻 EYEBALLS …. Iwakuni during Sakura will always remain top of my list. I still can’t believe I spent 4 years of my life here + have created so many meaningful connections and friendships for life (we moved 2 years ago)! I feel incredibly emo and basically almost cried like a billion times 😮‍💨 my heart hurts for this town and I miss it so much.. 

swimmalita basically drove me around all day squeezing in my favorites.

🍜 We went to visit my old pottery sensei (I’ll leave a pin in the comments). We chatted and enjoyed enjoyed his dad’s homemade udon in the pottery shop. Of course I couldn’t leave without new plates!!

🥗 Swung by 18storev_v to say hello to my favorite sisters and grab a beauty salad, coconut iced latte, and a chocolate scone for our picnic at the park! This was my regular order when I would ride my bike here during the week.

📸 walked across Kintai-Kyo, Iwakuni’s iconic wooden bridge. Once we settled under one of the 200 cherrry blossoms trees and enjoyed our late lunch!

💞 met up with Tokyo gals who happen to be visiting at the same time! bassetts.bouken thetastytraveler.kt veneseee , and of course old friends like maragoulding 

🍴 Hiroshima style Okonomiyaki (my FAV!!!!) with my girls before calling it for the night!!! 

Tomorrow, we have another packed day and I can’t wait! #iwakuni #yamaguchi
