Hosting my very first Pilates Mat Teacher Training here in Costa Rica feels beyond words.

15 beautiful souls from all over the world, gathering to move, breathe, learn, unlearn, connect, and grow — together.
So much presence, curiosity, vulnerability, and strength in one space.

This re-movement feels like a full-circle moment.
