Of all the optionals, fitness is my favorite. It’s not just about looking strong on stage—it’s about proving to myself that discipline, consistency, and resilience pay off.  At this stage of life, it is often difficult for women to manage their bodies as health concerns and hormone changes may impact. For me, I battle an incurable autoimmune disease that can be managed with eating with discipline.. so diet is crucial! 

Fitness also reminds me that true beauty is built from the inside out.  Which is what I continue to teach my kids to leave a legacy focused on health and well-being!

This year I come well prepared as I have done my best to level up even over last year! I’m ready to bring it to the iconic stage next week!
