Still soaking it all in… not even a week since we completed our very first Pilates Mat Teacher Training, and my heart is so full ♥️
Bringing together 15 incredible women from more than seven different nationalities to move, learn, connect, and grow together was truly something special. Watching each of you step into your strength and confidence as teachers was beyond inspiring.

Thank you for your openness, dedication, laughter, and beautiful energy — for trusting this journey and for making this experience even more meaningful than I ever imagined.

So much gratitude for this community and for the beginning of what feels like a very beautiful movement family. This is only the start. ♥️
