Part 2 : The biggest argument I am seeing is a logical fallacy.  They have said ‘she was turning away when he fired…’ I want to make this as clear as possible, she was driving forward toward a law enforcement agent that was in front of her vehicle.  Her tires were turned ever so slightly and from the perspective of the officer (which I will show in this video) there is NO CHANCE you will see tires turned. You will simply see 4,000 LBS of vehicle being driven straight at you from point blank range. 

CAN WE DISCUSS AND DEBATE THE DECISION TO STAND IN FRONT OF THE VEHICLE BY THE LEO? - YES - 100%. 

Fact is this, she made a very very bad and unhinged decision in that moment and it cost her life, tragically and sadly.  We make decisions on a daily basis that cause us to risk our lives, from hasty lane changes, when someone drinks and drives, when someone goes skydiving … everything we do that is dangerous runs a risk.  Driving a vehicle at a law enforcement officer is in that category (and probably near the top). 

May her soul rest in peace, but it’s important to provide information and context to all of these scenarios to continue to quell irrational behavior.
