Our third Pilates Mat Teacher Training will take place from 10–24 August 2026 in Santa Teresa, Costa Rica.

This is a two-week immersive training set in a private villa overlooking the ocean, designed to elevate your practice and inspire transformation. Each day combines intelligent movement, in-depth theory, and intentional connection, creating a setting that goes far beyond a standard training.
