Three years ago I stepped into teaching yoga and Pilates — not knowing it would change my life so much. What started as guiding a few classes quickly turned into a full-time passion, retreats around the world, and now opening my own Pilates studio here in Santa Teresa.

Along the way I’ve met incredible humans — from locals to travelers passing through — and built a community rooted in movement, connection, and growth. 

After 9 retreats and hundreds of hours of teaching, I’ve come to see how powerful the smallest details are: a correction, a cue, a simple human touch. It’s in those moments that real transformation happens. And if you have been to my classes you know what I am talking about 🤍
