I left my hometown Copenhagen at 18 with a suitcase full of dreams and no real plan — just a deep trust in my gut and a big belief that the world had more in store for me.

Since then, I’ve lived in some of the world’s biggest cities, always working, always creating, always chasing what felt aligned — even when it didn’t make sense to others.
And then life led me to Costa Rica… where I became a mom, began teaching Pilates, opened a studio, started hosting retreats, and fell in love with a new way of living.
None of it was part of the “plan,” but it was all meant to be.

The amount of rejections I got is sad and countless.
They said I was crazy. Too ambitious. Too unrealistic.
But here’s the thing — you can’t let people’s lack of belief define your path.

This life I’ve built hasn’t been easy — being an entrepreneur, a creator, a mom — it takes everything from you.
But it also gives you something no one can take away: confidence, growth, and wisdom.

Whatever you’re dreaming of… trust your gut, trust the timing, and go for it. Create it yourself.
