📅Today’s San Diego sunrise reveals the heavy atmospheric loading currently being studied by Scripps and the Global AR Recon teams. 

While they talk about 'Atmospheric Rivers,' we see the 'Twomey Effect' in action: injecting aerosols to trap moisture and turn our blue sky into a permanent white veil. 🧪 

No more standard contrails—just persistent, spreading haze that the current EPCAPE and NAWDIC missions are using as their high-altitude laboratory. 

It’s time to stop calling it 'weather' and start calling it what it is: Solar Radiation Management (SRM) research right over our heads. 🌥️👀

The Twomey Effect happens when you add a massive amount of "seeds" (aerosols) into that same cloud.
​More Droplets: The water is forced to spread out over thousands of extra particles.

​Smaller Sizes: Instead of a few big droplets, you get millions of tiny ones.
​The White-Out: Because these tiny droplets are so small and numerous, they create a much larger surface area to reflect light. This makes the cloud whiter, brighter, and more reflective (high albedo).

​Why it’s "Suspicious" to a Sky Watcher

​The "Hazy Veil": Because th
e droplets are so tiny, they are too light to fall as rain. The cloud just sits there, spreading out into that persistent, milky-white haze that "sticks" for hours or days.
