✨ Protecting my peace is priceless!
Not everything deserves my energy or a reaction. I’ve learned to set boundaries—even when it’s uncomfortable—because peace is something I refuse to compromise anymore.

💛 Healing isn’t linear, but it’s worth it!
There’s no timeline for healing. I’ve been in therapy for over 2 years now - Some days I’ve felt strong, others I’ve had to start over. But through it all, I’ve seen that growth comes from grace, not perfection.

🙏🏽 God’s timing is always better than mine! 
I’ve questioned the wait, the silence, and the struggles—but I now see how every detour and delay was a setup for something greater than I imagined.

Thankful for where I’ve been. Expectant for where I’m going.  Here’s to 40—with more clarity, courage, and confidence than ever before. 🥂✨
