## Caption

Gotta love some Xiao Long Bao! These little Shrimp and Pork soup dumplings from @the_xcj were so easy to make, and only take about 10 minutes to prepare. Just steamed them right up in a little bamboo basket on a single burner and pot of boiling water, and finished with a little chili oil for the perfect snack! Great for camping because it takes up almost no room, and prep/cleanup are a piece of cake.
