A happy accident turned into two years of perfection. Meet Eterea Rossa. ❤️

Born from a happy surplus of Grey Goose Watermelon & Basil, Eterea Rossa was never meant to be ordinary. Our bartenders dreamed up a housemade rose & hibiscus syrup, infused with real dried petals, pink peppercorn, and hibiscus, then added silky egg whites for body and a splash of lemon for brightness.

Two years later, it’s still gracing our menu and stealing hearts one sip at a time.
