I’ve received a good number of messages from many of you, curious about whether there’s a new book in the works. I’m thrilled to confirm that, yes, I’m currently immersed in a new novel project. 

Though it’s not a sequel to 𝘚𝘪𝘤𝘪𝘭𝘪𝘢𝘯𝘢, I hope it’ll be an adventure you’ll find just as enthralling. While I may revisit Aetna Vespiri’s epic journey of revolution and revenge in the future, there are other tales buzzing in my mind that are eager to make their way onto paper. 

As both a reader and writer, I’m endlessly fascinated by hidden corners of history and the cultural richness and shadowy intrigue of bygone eras. Like 𝘚𝘪𝘤𝘪𝘭𝘪𝘢𝘯𝘢, my upcoming thriller will also transport us to historical Sicily, introducing a new, captivating female protagonist whose beguiling narrative I’m eager to explore and share with you. 

My personal favorite author, Dan Brown (𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘋𝘢 𝘝𝘪𝘯𝘤𝘪 𝘊𝘰𝘥𝘦), has always been a major source of inspiration in my work. And like him, I take particular care to delve deep into the research process, sketching out the world, locations, and characters that will cradle the story, ensuring every detail contributes to a vivid, cinematic, and page-turning tale well told. 

If all goes smoothly, and with a little help from the Muses, I’m aiming to share this new work with you in the next two or three years. It’s a bit of a wait, I know, but I believe in taking the time to craft a story that will hopefully resonate with you. 

Your support for 𝘚𝘪𝘤𝘪𝘭𝘪𝘢𝘯𝘢 has been incredibly motivating. 

Your letters and enthusiasm are what keep me going, and for that, I can’t thank you enough. I’m looking forward to sharing more about this new novel when the time is right. 

Until then, here’s a “behind-the-scenes” sneak peek teaser of the rough working cover for my upcoming novel. This is just one iteration, and it may still evolve before the final release. I suppose that sense of creative possibility is part of the fun.
