not trying to freak you out but i read a study that tested GPT, Claude, Gemini…
and found they’re not just answering your prompts they’re nudging your thinking.

subtle stuff like:
- always promoting their own brand
- pretending to be your “friend” to keep you talking
- rewriting what you said just enough to shift the meaning

it’s called dark patterns
and it showed up in almost 50% of their responses 😵‍💫

these tools feel helpful, but sometimes they’re just persuasive.
they guide your ideas without asking.

i still use AI every day but now i question it.
