So what does this formula do? Let’s break it down:
• TRIM() = removes all leading, trailing, and excess spaces.
• CLEAN() = removes the first 32 ASCII (non-printable) characters. These characters include line breaks and control codes.
• SUBSTITUTE = used to substitute CHAR(160); CHAR(160) = non-breaking spaces.
