For many, especially in Lebanon, this moment carries uncertainty.
There are questions without clear answers.
Feelings that are heavy, mixed, and sometimes overwhelming.

It is okay to feel this way.

We do not need to rush to fix or change everything.
We can begin by noticing, by allowing, by giving space to what is present.

When people feel seen, heard, and supported,
a sense of safety can slowly return.
