In light of everything happening, I am offering 30-minute one-on-one sessions focused on mindfulness-based social emotional resilience to support mental health for individuals living in Lebanon.

These sessions are open to all ages and are offered free of charge.

Sessions are available in English and Arabic to ensure accessibility and comfort for everyone.

Each person can register once per week to ensure we create space to support as many people as possible.
