I confront general anxiety disorder, OCD, severe stress, and depression. Taking charge, I embraced yoga and mindfulness. Driven by a love for helping others, I prioritized self-care. Through my journey, I gained invaluable experience—cultivating the ability to extend a helping hand, a listening ear, and a compassionate heart. This self-discovery equips me to connect with others on a profound level, offering support and understanding rooted in personal growth.

Thank you for this beautiful challenge I love to connect with every and each one of you .  I am very thankful for my wife for struggling with taking pictures for my poses maykodeih 🫰🥰
