## Caption

To unburden ourselves, we often accumulate attachments to people, places, things, thoughts, and emotions. These attachments, largely inconsequential, clutter our lives. Our suffering arises from clinging to what no longer benefits us, even though it provides false comfort and fear of loss. The reality is that when we consciously decide to release these hindrances, space opens up for what genuinely fulfills us. Letting go can be as simple as shedding thoughts, emotions, or circumstances that dwell within us. It’s akin to the toys of our childhood, no longer serving us as adults, making room for new experiences as we evolve.
