Chef RJ is the son of Panamanian parents and grandson of a Jamaican elder. Since opening in 2021, he’s drawn celebs, viral food critics, and fed firefighters during the Altadena Fires.
Now expanding across LA, Chef RJ is building more than a restaurant — he’s building a cultural movement.
