Close 👏  the 👏  gender 👏  pay 👏  gap

There's no question about it: Women and men should be paid the same for equal work of equal value.

But that's not the case:

➡️ On average, globally women are paid 16% less than men.
➡️ Only 90 countries mandate equal pay for equal work.
➡️ And COVID-19 is further widening the gender pay gap: ​

Women's jobs are almost twice as vulnerable than men's.

On this first ever International #EqualPayDay, let's recommit to taking a stand for women!

We won't stop until they are #EqualEverywhere.
