The @worldbank estimates that air pollution costs the global economy an estimated $5.11 trillion. Meeting the Paris Agreement on climate change, however, would yield health benefits worth an estimated $54.1 trillion.

It’s time for governments to commit to clean air.  At this September #ClimateAction Summit, @who, the UN Department of Economic and Social Affairs, and more are calling on governments to improve air quality through the @unitednations’ Clean Air Initiative.
