before you all come at me in the comments, I’m well aware this is cooking 🙃 BUT if you’re looking for an easy weeknight dinner that’s almost one pot and soooo delicious, this creamy balsamic chicken is for you!!!! Plus, if you spend 15-20 minutes prepping the day before, this dinner comes together so easily with minimal effort (& mess) on your part. I promise it’s worth the effort!!! It’s the perfect weeknight meal to make when you just really don’t feel like cooking 🫶🏼
