My favorite cozy meal with one of my favorite pasta shapes 🫶🏼 the easiest and quickest dinner for when you’re feeling lazy. Recipe can be found below or on my substack 🖤 Enjoy!!! 

Melt 3-4 TB of butter (sorry to those who love an authentic cacio e pepe 🙈) and add pepper with a splash of pasta water. Add the pasta al dente to the pan and coat in the sauce. Sprinkle 1/2 - 3/4 cup of parmesan on top and let it melt before whisking together to make the creamiest, glossiest sauce. ENJOY!
