17 hours on the road with three kids for the first time was definitely a trip to remember. The kids actually did really well and it helped making multiple stops.

Things that worked: 

Bringing entertainment: @nintendoamerica, coloring books, @yotoplay players, playing eye spy games. 

Taking breaks: the kids played their switch for two hours and would get two hour breaks before playing for two more hours. Helped avoid screen time overstimulation. 

Stops: We stopped for gas, and much were our bathroom breaks and food. 

I packed snacks for the road and water. 

Potty tip: I love our @fridababy travel seat to us in public bathrooms. Emergency: plastic water bottles if you have boys 😂💀 

Con: being in a car with I’ll make you tired and the aches are real. Overstimulation will happen! But I think it helps mentally preparing to be in a car. So open up the windows, have get the wiggles out during stops and bring a good book & music.
