happy soup sunday 🥣 this week’s white chicken chili recipe is from one of my good friends and I’m obsessed!! pair it with a fresh loaf of sourdough and it’s a must have in the rotation this fall season 🍁

Ingredients

-Olive oil
-1 onion, diced
-4 garlic cloves, minced
-64 oz of chicken broth
-3 15 oz cans of great northern beans
-4 oz of tomato sauce
-4 oz can of chopped green chilis
-1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
-8 oz of sour cream
-salt, garlic powder, onion powder and pepper 

Directions

Heat olive oil over medium heat in a large pot. Saute onions and garlic until fragrant.

Add chicken broth and beans (drained and rinsed) and bring to a boil. Add tomato sauce, chicken and chilis and bring back to a boil.

Once in a rolling boil, turn down to low and add sour cream. Stir until blended.

Be sure to season throughout with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
