Got my mind on burrata and burrata on my mind 🧀 

This burrata salad has been a *hit* every time I’ve made it and it’s the perfect, refreshingly cool side dish (esp with these summer temps!). Plus, the fact that it’s a no cook appetizer ready in 5 minutes is just the cherry on top! 

Spread arugula on a large plate and tear up your burrata. Add prosciutto and candied pecans with a drizzle of olive oil (thank you @wearebrightland!) and balsamic glaze. Lately I’ve been marinating cherry tomatoes in balsamic with salt and pepper and adding on top!! Soooo good. Top with salt & pepper and it’s ready to go! Enjoy!
