Got my mind on burrata and burrata on my mind 🫶🏼

Saw this recipe from @kilnandkitchen and KNEW I had to recreate it here at home, especially since it’s been soooo hot this summer! It’s the perfect dish to make when it’s too hot to actually cook 😅

CALABRIAN CHILI BURRATA PASTA 🌶️ -  its as simple as it’s title!! Burrata with calabrian chilis, a dash of olive oil, salt and pepper. **Make sure to top it with HOT pasta and HOT of pasta water so it melts the cheese making it nice and creamy 😋 ENJOY!!
