Is it too early in the day to have a glass of wine!? Hello to all my new followers and thanks for bearing with me during my AI meltdown this morning!! I’m in need of a large bowl of pasta for some comfort food after that fiasco 😂

This recipe is one of my FAVORITES inspired by one of the best pasta dishes at @enzosonthelake, the Bucatini alla Enzos! With minimal and fresh ingredients, it’s the perfect, light summer pasta.
