You asked & you shall receive!! I’m SOOOOO excited to share that I’ve created a weekly meal plan with recipes and a detailed grocery shopping list on my substack!! Take the stress of meal prep away and have 4 ready to go dinners with a shopping list prepared for you! 

I kid you not when I say this chicken sausage + broccoli & onion dish is a weekly staple in our house. This is one of my favorite easy weeknight meals and was a given to be included on this week’s meal plan. 

The best part is there are minimal ingredients and it’s customizable to your food preferences! Add extra veggies (Paul loves peppers and mushrooms!) or leave out the pasta - the choices are endless.
