I love facilitating strategy retreats!

...and if my dreams become reality, my preference will be to work with a group of about 10 organisations from different verticals each time. The idea will be to agree on major plans ahead of the year, but more importantly, conduct quarterly assessments to ensure alignment in real time.

The ultimate goal is to keep an eye on 3 critical elements i.e overal corporate strategy, execution, and people. 

I've been asked a lot in recent times for other career options I would consider outside of human capital management. My answers are largely still the same, i.e., 

1. Strategy Design & Execution 
2. Product, Project, or Program Management Office 
3. Technical Assistance to Senior Business or Public Service Executives
4. Brand & Corporate Communications 😁

I know a few close friends would be laughing over my list, but hey 🤔🤷😁 we never really know.
