The reason? I’ve been so sick before that I didn’t even want to get out of bed. I had the choice of what I did each day and the choices I made slowly took those choices away. I ate junk, didn’t move my body, and it led to me feeling restricted and unwell. Never again. I’m 64 and healthy because I get up and take care of myself every day.
