The first batch of the #Indonesian Infantry Battalion composed of 268 #peacekeepers recently arrived in West Darfur, to join the African Union - #UnitedNations Mission in Darfur. They are part of the 800 #military personnel expected to boost the strength of the #UN peace operation. Since its creation in 2007, the mission in #Darfur has been working to help provide #security for humanitarian aid, protect civilians & more.
