FRUIT TREE HIGHLIGHT:  The highlight of our favorite fruit tree series from our backyard orchard culture.  The Fuyu Jiro persimmon is a medium size, flat shape, still crunchy when ripe, and non-astringent.  This persimmon tree is hardy, attractive tree as its leaves change colors in the fall, practically pest free.
