BORDISSOT NEGRA RIMADA FIG:  The Bordissot Negra Rimada Fig took about a few weeks in between harvesting and it’s worth the wait.  Watching the variegated fig change from yellow and green, then ripen to a deep purple and red striping; just beautiful to watch the transition of colors.
