Sleep hack I swear by: The Skinny Confidential Mouth Tape. 🌙 I’m claustrophobic and this still doesn’t bother me — and I wake up feeling like I actually got real, deep REM-level sleep. 

I’ve tried so many brands of mouth tape, and The Skinny Confidential mouth tape is my holy grail, go-to.

My quick pre-tape “mouth mask”:
	•	HA around the mouth + lips
	•	Moisturizer around the mouth (I love Colostrum or Triple Lipid)
	•	Epicuren tea tree lip balm
Wait ~45–60 seconds → slight smile → tape + press to seal. 

Bonus: you’re locking hydration in, so AM = softer little lines + plumper lips (not the point, but I’ll take it). 

Quick note: skip if you can’t breathe through your nose/are congested, have reflux, or suspect sleep apnea/snoring—check with your provider first.
