Living alone changed the way I cook.

I used to rely on boxed chicken stock, but now I make my own and honestly, it tastes so much cleaner once you learn this one small trick: using cooking paper to sieve the broth.

It’s these little cooking hacks which helped me elevate my cooking, especially since soups are like my comfort food after a long day.
