Have you caught the flu bug too? 😖 

For the past week, I have been so sick, so cooking soup is my go-to comfort meal. Since I live alone, I would usually just cook a big pot so I can just reheat the next day. 

Here’s a pro tip: it actually tastes better the next day after resting in the fridge. But if your broth gets murky, try filtering it with cooking paper—it makes such a difference. The soup turns so clear and taste is not compromised! 

I’ve been using Zappy’s cooking paper and it’s become a kitchen staple for me! ✨ Fun fact: I also use it to filter my jelly for my small cake business so that it makes the jelly even clearer 😍

One roll of cooking paper can definitely last you a long time so it is really worth it 👍🏼
