Tucked away in Farrer Park, Kozen Sushi might just be the hidden gem for Japanese food lovers. From silky chawanmushi to melt-in-your-mouth yakitori (10/10!!) and their luxe Kozen Don—this spot seriously impressed me.

Their aged sushi and Torotaku maki? Fresh and full of umami. The Kozen Don? A premium twist on the famous Tsujihan bowl, made with top-quality ingredients.

Not quite Tokyo, but definitely worth the trip. ✨
