Mondays don’t feel so bad when you start with a little reset. 😊

One of my solo living habits is doing a mini fridge clean-out at the start of the week—throwing out expired food, taking stock of what’s left, and planning simple meals. It helps me stay organized and avoid food waste!

Living alone has also made me cook more often. Some days, I take my time to make something nice, but most days, I stick to quick and easy meals that take less than an hour. 😜

A little hack I swear by? Cooking a big batch of rice and portioning it out for the week. It saves so much time, and I can just reheat it whenever I need a meal. 👍🏼🍳
